Apricot Ale – Clone

This was an attempt at creating a Pyramid Apricot Ale Clone. Note this is the Ale version not the weizen version. Unfortunately the apricot extract just doesn’t have the right flavor, I’ll probably brew this again in a few months and attempt to use Apricot puree. Also I only included the Marris Otter because I was running out of 2 row.
