Brulosopher’s Munich Helles

This was my spin on Brulosopher’s Munich Helles Recipe. He Uses Melanoidin Malt instead of decocting. I chose to do the decoction mash(which was a major PITA). In the future I’ll probably just try the Melanoidin Malt. In the end the beer cam out ok, but I think I over did it a little with the decoction.
