Cascade Simcoe IPA

After the success of my Hop Drop N Roll Clone I decided to put some effort into my own house IPA. I have lots of good luck with Cascade hops in the past and I just got a new bag of fresh cascades. The simcoe was just hanging around taking up freezer space so I decided to add them both as they seem like a good pairing.
